I missed three workouts last week while I was sick so I decided to do week 3 over again. Week 4 is a “recovery” week and that will work better falling on Thanksgiving week. Lots of yoga and stretching 🙂
SO I wanted to share some pictures I took yesterday. The one on the left boarders on “inappropriate” but now quite and I needed to not have a bra so you could see something.
In the side view picture I have circled a area that I want you to take note of. This is one area that has some super jacked up fascia from my tummy tuck. When they do a tummy tuck they lift your skin off the whole abdominal area so they can pull the damaged skin off and lay the good stuff down. Well where the area is all like bunched up is the line where they stopped lifting leaving a line of really messed up fascia. That also contributes to the back fat rolls. It’s one of my pet project areas before Hawaii. I am getting some silicone cups to start working on that area and the under butt area along with my Fasciablaster. Dynamic cupping really helps loosen fascia adhesion. That is what causes lumps, bumps and dents 🙂
So I have these ridge lines on both sides…I’ll try to use my camera to get a better shot of these before I get to work on them. my cups are due to arrive tomorrow.
