After I got out of the tub last night I put on a pair of panties that were cheeky. I thought “Hey, I kind of like this fit. Maybe I would pull off a cheeky suit better than a thong” LOL
Today I am struggling with how I am going to eat and what workout to do. I get bored and then I start to stray from shit even if it’s working. I have not messed anything up – but I feel a negotiation happening in my mind. I KNOW I have to keep my calories at/around 1200-1300 or I won’t lose. I also know I have to keep it Gluten Free. I have been considering a carb cycling plan as well as the carb night plan I followed before when I did P90X. Also I need to focus on my booty and building that muscle group 🙂 So new weigh lifting my be going down at lunch and keep the cardio at the gym.
I don’t know – right now I have to get ready for a meeting so I will through my life later.
