I have been in Cleveland this week for my yearly review 🙂 It was a very good review. My diet has been 100% Gluten Free – even with travel. The calories were probably too high with restaurant food – but it was all good salads, rice, fruits and nuts. 🙂 NO bread or cakes or crap that will make me bloat. Oh I did find that a caramel snack that my husband loves and has in the house that I will grab one of now and then has wheat 🙁 Sadly. But I know this is a live and learn lifestyle. Never assume something does not have wheat even if it’s a candy. Read the label!
I did not weigh this morning at the start of week 2 mainly because of travel. I don’t expect a loss at the end of week one and two days of travel. But I keep going 🙂 2 months 3 weeks until Hawaii!!!
I worked out Monday before I left and had Tuesday as a rest day and then week 2 started today! I even worked out Saturday and Sunday! With rest day on Tuesday – that means weekend workouts. But they are only 30 minutes – not the end of the world.
My pups went to the kennel/vet while I was gone. Hubby works too many hours for them to stay home alone. So I also had my Bo-Bo neutered while I was gone. He will be a year on the 12th so the timing was good.
Ashley Black – the inventor of the Fasciablaster – her new book came out yesterday. It was here waiting for me when I got home, I have not started to read it yet. I’ll let you know what I think when I do 🙂
