I am so F-ING sore!
I canNOT quite express how much I hurt in various places LOL
My waist hurts really bad. My booty hurts, my thighs and my back…This workout is just so different from any other ones I have done in the last few years. It’s not HARD. It’s not complicated at all. Basic simple moves that are kicking my ass.
OK SO my plan is tomorrow (if I get a chance at lunch) I want to share my Fasciablaster and Cupping routine I have been doing to get rind of my lumps, dents and bound fascia.
For now – here are my new day one pictures. This is still ongoing good nutrition since the last pics, just about 3 weeks of not working out 🙂
