So yesterday I talked about managing my pain and showed some of the areas that I worked on after my workout yesterday.
I got up this morning with these 🙂 The right side (left in picture) has three distinct bruises in a row right where I was hurting the most. You may be able to see the scar where I had shoulder surgery a few years back right next to one of the bruises. Lots of scar tissue have that area all locked down. I should start feeling better as this heals. I am hurting in the back of that shoulder today though – because I can’t reach my own back. My grandson had surgery yesterday so we were spending time with him and his parents last night and I didn’t have time to ask my husband to help me with that…again. I need a friend.
Never got bruises here before – I think this is progress toward making this pain finally go away 🙂
By the way – My grandson is fine 🙂 he was tongue-tied and at 2 years old was having a very hard time trying to say anything. They released his tongue and while he’s in a good amount of pain at the moment, I am sure he will heal up fine and soon be talking a mile a minute 🙂
