We are 97 days out from our vacation. I have been tossing around what to do for the next 97 days. I want to do one of my 90 day programs. But which one?
I was thinking P90X, but those workouts are almost all an hour-long. But the Yoga is amazing! I should…but I have to get over the “Ugh, it’s an hour a day”. I could do P90X3 it’s only 30 minute workouts and they say that they have found there is diminishing returns if you workout for more than 30 minutes….
I’ll decide by Feb 1. That is when my hubby plans to start something. I can still start today – we will see.
Top picture is 1 year ago today. I was trying on bikini’s for our cruise. Hated everything I saw in the mirror that day. Bottom picture is yesterday. I don’t hate what I see these days 🙂
I still want to drop about 15 pounds, but I don’t hate what I see.
