Have you made your decision yet?
I have shared my thoughts on this before. I share my thoughts on this with friends and family in real life probably far too often 🙂 (Love you Kids)
When you want to change something, anything really. Your size – your fitness level – your clothing – your hair color – ANYTHING at all, it is as simple as making the decision. All of the thought and negations that go on in your mind are signs that you have not made the decision. Therefore you leave yourself room to negotiate and reason yourself into something that does not lead you to your goal.
When you truly MAKE the decision to change – you will. There will no longer be excuses that stop you from working out (coloring your hair, changing your clothes..etc.). You will no longer reason your way into that ice cream after dinner. It will simply be – I am not eating ice cream right now OR I choose this workout routing start to finish and not find an alternate for today because you don’t want to sweat, hehe. That is what brought this topic to mind again. Yesterday I was like “ugh – what workout is today?” then I realized – it did not matter what one it was – I was going to go down and load the proper disc in and do it; Period. And I did.
Make the decision and do it. There is a reason that Beachbody’s tag line is Decide, Commit, Succeed 🙂
