I truly keep meaning to make a post – but life is crazy.
Started following the WeightWatchers Points Plus again. I was not losing a FREAKING POUND! and I was getting so frustrated I just wanted to throw in the towel. I will use my weekly 49 points to make sure I get a high-calorie day and not kill my metabolism. I should use all the things I know and make sure each meal is protein and carbs and not all BS carbs like I tend to do LOLOL
I need to get ready to go grocery shopping, I just want you to all know I’m alive and I will get more thoughts out here soon – Maybe tomorrow 🙂
