April 1st 2013 I made the decision to get gluten out of my diet. I was cleanly gluten-free for well over 2 years.
I’m not sure when I decided I could “tolerate it” maybe after my Dr. did a “test” and it said I was not allergic to it. Well, I think I am still deeply effected by it no matter what that test said.
Today – is day one of it back out of my diet. With all I have leaned I have done some Google searches today about Gluten and fascia and gluten intolerance and diverticulitis. I really can’t believe that I talked myself into thinking it was OK to eat it when I KNOW what it does to me and my body.
Oh well – live and learn. Back on the proper road.
My Daughter-in-Law came over and helped me blast my back yesterday. It was super sore this AM but no bruising. None yet – it’s still very sore and swollen a bit, the bruises might show up over the healing time.
I ordered this new thong – at this point I’m hoping one of the ones I order fits by time I go to Hawaii LOL I’m not sure If I’ll lose the 15 pounds I hope to lose – But I KNOW I can get rid of these dents and that is my real concern for wearing one, not the size of my ass. It’s not THAT big!
When it gets here I’m going to take pictures and share them in the Fasciablaster’s group (all women’s Facebook group – ask me if you want to join) – then I will share comparison ones just before I go!
Funny thing on that topic of sharing. Ashley Black – the creator of the Fasciablaster has been using my pictures to promote her product 🙂 I shared her post one time a week or so ago and my daughter and my grandson’s mom both texted me. Hey I see Ashley is using your pictures! That’s so Awesome 🙂 Someone on my Facebook page asked if this thing is real…LOL I said yes I can tell you for sure it’s real because that is my butt!!
This is the picture she has been using 🙂
