We all need someone to help hold us accountable.
It’s pretty easy to lie to and not keep promises to ourselves. So while we are quickly approaching the end of the year, I want to have you do a little math. There are 12 FULL weeks left in this year. If you lost one single pound each week – you will start next year 12 pounds lighter than you are now. So often we wait until the new year and say THIS year is my year! THIS year I’m doing it! Then by March we are frustrated and give up – IF we made it that long!
SO lets do this now! Lets be 10-12 pounds lighter by New Year’s EVE! and not wait to start on New Year’s Day.
I’m on vacation all next week with my hubby – its vacation – not going to be a free for all but vacation none-the-less and I am going to relax and enjoy myself. So if we start on the 12th and I truly lose 12 pounds by New Year’s Eve – I will be about 13 pounds from where I want to be when I go on my cruise in March – that works out just about perfect to lose that last 13 lbs after the first of the year!
