I really need to focus! I have been trying to type this for over 2 hours LOL Too many things on my mind and I seem to keep distracting myself so I don’t think about them too much.
Nothing I can share at the moment, maybe by the end of the week.
Missed my workout yesterday. I’m trying to decide if I do doubles today – or – not take my rest day tomorrow and do yesterday’s workout today and today’s tomorrow. Which is probably what I will do.
I got some new bruises on the back of my legs from yesterday’s blasting session 🙂 And my butt cheeks too! We are getting closer to a good thong booty for Hawaii 🙂 🙂
I bought a new bikini yesterday, just plain black so I could wear the top with my thongs
OK – nutritionally; I’m doing good. Chinese food that is not specifically made with Gluten Free soy sauce hurts my belly 🙁 So I can only go to P.F. Chang’s or make it at home 🙂
