Hello – It’s been a couple of weeks since we got back from our vacation and I have been trying to figure out how to best move forward and keep myself out of pain. I was super sick the first week we were home and I didn’t see a way forward. Then this week I got back to some kind of “normal” eating for me and started to really feel better. Then Friday came. We had pizza for dinner…the weekend went down from there. I have been very uncomfortable the rest of the weekend. I believe my lactose intolerance and wheat intolerance really are kicked up full steam with all that has been going on.
Today I have had a Shake with Shakeology, Collagen and almond milk – shortly after that I started feeling better. I just had a chicken thigh and so far so good. I’m cooking up white rice as that is the one the is easier to digest in preparation for my week.
Buying some chicken and veggies when I go grocery shopping and I’m going to make foods that are easy to digest and see if I can’t get myself healed and healthy again.
Today I will take Day 0 pictures for starting 22 Minute Hard Corps….Not sure if we will do it in the AM before hubby goes to work or I will do it at lunch alone. Either way – it begins tomorrow. Also – the tightwad in me is leaning towards only doing some drop in Yoga now and then and not buying a membership for $109 a month. The P90X Yoga is awesome and 90 minutes of challenge and I already own it. I can also listen to the podcasts and do it right here. I already pay for a gym membership I hardly use – why add a yoga studio to it that I won’t use nearly as often as I should for that price. 🙂 Our goal is to be able to move to Florida by 2018 and getting out of debt is one of the first things that needs to happen for that goal to come to fruition.
I have another awesome topic to hit on, but rather than overload this one post – I’ll make sure I come back later in the week and give a workout update and tell you another story 🙂
