I think I am making progress – so very slow but progress nonetheless.
The last 6 weeks of the program I am going to follow the 21 Day fix nutrition and see if that helps move things along 🙂 I have been stalled since returning from Cleveland.
SO I did my calculations today – I fall in the first category. I am sticking to it and not tweaking like I tend to do 😉
I have not slept more than 4 hours at a time all weekend. I finally feel like I can sleep and I’m going to!
