I like to start workout programs on Monday’s. Well sometimes 🙂 Sometimes the best day to start is “Today” what ever day that may be.
I just finished my workout – I took pictures this morning but am nowhere near my computer to download them to and get the cropped and posted. So maybe I will get to that tonight. I have a few things to do – so that is a hope at this point – regardless – I will get them up this week.
I have not taken measurements in a while. I can’t say I was thrilled with them 🙁 But they are what they are and I am moving forward. I have been great with my nutrition – honest 🙂 just not been as great with moving my body other than out of bed and to my office or to my sewing room lol
I have to get back to work but I promise to be back at least two more times this week. Maybe I can settle on a Monday – Wednesday – Friday posting schedule 🙂
