Well – I think Monday Hubby and I will both be starting a new program LOL
You know me – I get bored and flit from workout to workout and really its fine as long as I keep moving 🙂 John may do The Hammer and Chisel that is an two month program – 8 weeks 🙂 We leave in 7 so he’d get most of the way through, and I am deciding between two programs myself. Either Brazil Butt lift or Piyo….Plus 1 hour cardio.
So the last two days I have been getting up early and going to the gym before work 🙂 That gives me more time in the evening to do things with my hubby. I NEED to get back to my quilt. Seems I fell way off track with that. I am just about half way done putting the squares together and then sewing it together and putting boarder on could seriously be done in about 2 weeks with just a couple hours each night. But I’m sitting on my ass worrying about things I can’t control and scrolling through Facebook again.
I did get the new cheeky bottom in the mail yesterday and it looks pretty good 🙂 I also analyzed my behind and have decided that I need to build a particular muscle so it looks round and wonderful. 🙂
Maybe before I choose my new program I’ll take new pics – maybe. I just took some last week so we all know where I am LOL
You know the workout is really the easy part – its the other 22.5 hours of the day that I have to control what the hell I am putting in my mouth that is the hard part. 🙁 I am over the mental hurdle of gluten. Don’t have an issue with that at all. But you know what – Potato chips, chocolate; neither of those have gluten LOL
Well – I don’t have anything else fun to share today. I do need to go soak in the tub and attack my legs from the knee down and also get the hamstring area again. I waiting so long and didn’t get the lower leg and it started to get tight in the hamstring again. Need to do the whole leg!
