I’m learning so much – I can completely understand it but I need to figure out how to best serve it out as understandable and digestible data.
So much of what we think is healthy and good for us is being driven by the marketing industry.
UGH – and you know what is the most scary? Our Doctors don’t always know the real truth either.

#2,4,6 & 7 don’t make me happy lol I’ve eliminated #3 in the past – but I replaced it with lots of #2 🙂 – Dairy? Eggs? Peanuts? What will I eat? Veggies – fruits – meats – non gluten grains – nuts and seeds. That seems to be what I am learning and hearing these last 4 days.
I need to let decisions like this sit with me a bit before I leap off the edge – I’m not a lemming. I don’t just follow the crowd because they are going somewhere. And FOOD is so personal and ugh. I need to digest this information and see what kind of recipes I can make with said remaining foods lol
So it’s now Friday morning. I didn’t get pictures last night. I did however go out to dinner with my gorgeous husband and have a couple drinks!
I’m trying to decide how to move forward today. Back on Keto or start toward my new Paleo-Like nutrition?
