I ordered this fun thing last week as a way to help add some fun to my activity! Who says exercise needs to be tedious or even organized to look like exercise? A couple of years ago at the Women’s Expo there was a lady that was selling weighted Hula-Hoops for around $100 or more ???? I knew I wanted a weighted one, but I also knew I didn’t want to spent $100. So when I went onto Amazon and found this one I was very happy. It was like $35
I read the instructions and it says “Only play 1-3 minutes a day the first week.” I’m thinking – Really? I head to the garage so I have room to not kill my dogs or break anything and when I started that thing in motion on my hips I knew why it said only 1-3 minutes LOL OUCH!
If you look close at the design you will see the inner circumference has bumps all along it. Those beat all the muscles around your middle! No wonder it says you can lose up to 2 inches off your waist in a month! LOL I told my sun I was sure it was beating all the fascia around that part of my body to help release the fat stuck in there. You really do have to hold those muscles tight if you don’t want to be poked to death LOL I like it. 3 minutes and I was done!
We went out to dinner last night as planned. I had some yummy Chicken Enchilada dish and something called Tito’s Punch….It was so good. The recipe is in the picture, but the one they serve at Chili’s does not have the cranberry juice in it. I only had one…two would have been really yummy though 🙂
