So I have two main things that are on my mind. 1) My butt cheeks HURTS! I had an full body massage, with focus on my right glute and hamstring. The issue is my piriformis muscle. It’s super tight. In order for them to get pressure on the piriformis muscle they have to get THROUGH the glute. So an elbow to the glute for about a good 10 minutes. It made me sweat! So today my hip pain has improved – but boy does my butt cheek hurt! 2) while looking up these pictures to share I noticed in the anatomy picture the glute/hamstring tie in tendon is right where I have a chunk of shit I want to blast away.
I like looking at anatomy picture to help me figure out what is where. The white stuff is where you are more likely to get fascial adhesions. So this make sense to me. And that glute muscle is the one I want to grow bigger ❤ I’m working on a heart shaped booty. Maybe I need to start heading to the gym when I wake up at 4:30 so I can use the leg machines in the gym without an audience or having to wait to get on the leg/butt machines.
Yesterday afternoon we went to the tanning salon to get my hubby set up with some minutes and get him going on a base tan before our vacation. While he tanned, I tried on bathing suits. I found a top all by it’s lonesome on clearance for $14.99. It will go perfectly with my solid black cheeky and thong.
I am starting a three week push to drop these last 5 pounds I want off before vacation on Monday. I told my hubby last night I was going to try really hard to not drink to…you should have seen the look I got. Kind of disbelieving grin LOL Then I said “well, maybe” LOL I don’t want to sound like a lush because I am not. I do not need to drink. I enjoy a couple in the evening after/with dinner. But I also hate to wake up with a hangover so I have learned to stop at two or three. And that would be a shot of vodka and flavored water. That is my typical evening drink. I was just reading that women should not be drinking more than 4 3/4 ounces a week and not to drink at least two nights a week if they want to lose weight. So with that as new knowledge…I’ll work on it 😉
Well my other site is up and live. I’m still working on adding some features and I don’t have any additional authors yet. So content will be slow but I really only hoped to get 2-3 posts a month because they will be long (story length). Hit me up if you have any thoughts on contributing.
