Today I ran to Walmart at lunch to grab some allergy meds. For the last few weeks I have had constant itch in my nose. Then yesterday I got some of my dogs undercoat in my eye and I have been in pretty bad shape since. Eye won’t stop itching UGH! So I caved and got some eye drops and Claritin – D…seems to be helping a bit 🙂
I WAS going to go to the gym over lunch. But the guy was here putting up the new garage door. It’s wrong – but its up at least. We ordered one with three regular panels and the top one Windows. All 4 panels are non-windowed 🙁 We contacted Lowe’s, they contacted the door company and confirmed their mistake. It may take 30 more days to get a new top panel. But at least it is a functioning door and opens and closes with the door opener. We can wait 30 days for windows.
SO gym at 3:30. Walking for 60 minutes, then home for a snack. Since it will be after 4 by then 😃
I noted today while I was leaving Walmart I felt better, mentally I felt more positive. I can do this. What makes it easy is I am not limiting myself of what I can eat – only when. 😊 I want ice cream – sure just make sure it’s only between 4-8. We had Pizza last night for dinner and it was Delicious!
I just started reading The Complete Guide to Fasting. Can’t wait to see what is best as far as fasting windows. There are plenty of studies out there and data to back it up as to what is the best window for fasting vs eating. After I get my book read and understand what I need to do to best pull it off – I will be doing an extended fast. Hopefully with my son so we can suport each other. I am thinking 3-5 days. I will see what is doable.
