I know I was at 128.6 a couple of weeks ago but that was the result of the stomach flu for two days LOL this is REAL!
When I started seeing my doctor that handles my BHRT I weighed in at 127. That was July of 2015 🙂 and it quickly started to feel better and started “living life to its fullest” Eat – Drink – Be Merry!!! HAHA It’s only been in the last few months that I have been able to keep pushing forward and slowly kept moving down.
I have a goal to be under 125 by the time we leave. I think that is realistic with having 30 more days to go and only 3.2 pounds to go to hit 125 🙂 – Even less would be awesome! Today is my rest day so I visited with a co-worker at lunch. I am trying to figure out my evening so not sure if I will go to the gym today or just take a full rest day. My back really hurts today – I need to blast my body and relax my muscles. Maybe as soon as I am done working I’ll head to a hot bathtub 🙂
OK well, not much to say today – I’m happy with my progress, and I’ll keep doing my thing. Do your thing!!!
