I am really starting to feel super positive! Not that I am a negative person at heart – But I am super positive and confident I will feel like I did my best and will be happy with my clothes and how they fit when we go to Hawaii.
I ordered this dress this morning to take with us.
I wanted it in purple but they only had black in the XS – so I went with black 🙂
I took this afternoon off from work to run some errands. My husband’s phone decided to “brick” this morning so I took it to the Apple store – seems it just had lint in the charging port and had no charge at all, all is well now. He has his phone and I can text him once again. I really hate not being able to ramble my every thought to him when I feel like it. I know he will read it when he has time and very often the only thing that keeps him laughing are my corny texts, retail management is a rough gig.
So yesterday I went to the gym as planned. Hated every second of it. I got on the dreadmill for about 15 minutes…then over to the stair step machine for 3…lol finally I ended up on the Recumbent bike and gutted out almost 45 minutes there. I made it though the hour I had committed to – but it was HARD. It was a mental hard. I just wanted to go home. I was tired and not feeling it at all. I knew I was going out to dinner with my hubby and that was where my mind was. But I also knew that if I was going out to dinner I was going to exceed my calories for the day and also have a drink or two. That is what kept me there.
Today I wake up feeling slimmer and better and that always puts your head in a good place 🙂 So today I will head to the gym and do my 60 minutes. Maybe 90 because I was out running around over lunch and didn’t do my lunch workout. Today was yoga and I like to stretch – but I’m honestly not feeling that either lol BUT I can go gut out 90 minutes on the recumbent bike. I was reading how that really engages the glutes – and since we all know I am trying to grow my glutes – why wouldn’t I use that???
On that note – I am going to change, and get ready for the gym, and then come home and use my fasciablaster on a few areas that really need some attention. Still using it – still making progress 🙂 in fact the coveted Faceblaster was released in January and I got my notification that mine has shipped and is expected to be delivered on Monday. I will finally get rid of my jowls and I also hear it’s great for getting into those tough to make move spots like saddle bags and love handles and belly bulges….I suspect it may help with the FUPA too!!!! I can’t wait for Monday!!
