Been off just doing my thing.
So while I had planned to follow the iTrack Bites app – I started craving carbs again. I always think I have a control over that and I don’t! LOL Back to 21 Day Fix nutrition – it works for me and I get a few carbs but not too many to cause cravings. I told my son – I keep trying to fool myself but good thing I recognize the cravings before they get too out of hand.
As for workouts – I am doing BFL workouts – but in my own pattern. Should be upper – cardio – lower – cardio…etc. I did Upper – Cardio – Lower – Rest – Upper – Cardio – Lower. Today starting back at Upper. It’s working for me!
I have noticed nice things with the scale. I told my husband that I know lifting weights – heavy weights – always helps me start to drop weight. So while I have weekend bloat today, I am sure things will be great soon and I am not stressing about the scale at all 🙂
You can spot many bruises on my legs lol I worked on them pretty good yesterday. Breaking through the layers of adhesions slowly.
I’m sitting here looking at those pictures – the lighting is very harsh in that room.
In among the many many Spam comments that come in I have gotten a couple questions that I should probably answer. We love our new bed – I sleep well most nights. Even when I don’t sleep well it has nothing to do with the bed. I really like the adjust ability of it. Does that make me an old lady – maybe, but I don’t care 🙂
I also got a question via the Clean Contact form asking about Fasciablasters and what one I recommend. I use my “mini” the most. It’s easy to handle and small enough to get in areas like the chest and arm pit/chest area. I could not reach my under butt and back without the full sized one. So if you have to only buy one – go with the full sized one. Unless you have help then the Mini2 should be good. I love my faceblaster – BUT – Those are on a 50000 people wait list. So if you want one of those you will need to get on the wait list, and I understand the next shipment is not due until summer.
I have April 23rd marked on my calendar – that is two weeks before we leave and the last time I will blast hard before our trip so I can make sure I’m all clear of major bruises before we go 🙂
