Not gonna lie. I feel kind of like shit. My belly is bloated, the skin on my neck hurts. This is a funny symptom I have when I eat a lot of gluten. I could eat a ton of sugar and screw up my diet, but eat gluten and I get in physical pain.
Weekend will consist of more reading and plan making ????
