I was scrolling through the photos on my phone last night and I came across the one on the right… I was like “WOW” look – I still had back fat rolls but my Ass was way smaller! and the muffin top over my ass barely existed!!!!
I knew that I had taken a picture earlier that year and then I found this comparison photo. I had taken the one in teal early in March – the year we were going to Hawaii. The second picture was taken 57 days later – I was doing P90X3 and eating 1500 calories a day per the program recommendation but via Keto.
When I saw that picture I was actually kind of shocked. I can see my shoulder blades, My arms were thinner…like I said by booty was not perfect but smaller and the fat rolls on my back were still there. BUT OMG – Why was I focusing on all of those things when I had so much to be proud of?!
SO January 4th I am starting the new program “The Masters: Hammer and Chisel” – it’s a 60 day program. And I have no doubt that I will be happy with where I get to when I go on my cruise 65 days later.
Look for all the good people! Stop focusing on all that is not perfect!!!!
