Day 17 – Accountability
Hi! I’m still here. Diet has been great! love the new iPhone App (LifeSum) I have found the perfect fit. It’s low carb but not keto low. So the app calculates out my macros based on 100g of carbs a day. Perfect amount for me actually. I get a few with each meal but it’s low enough that the cravings don’t take over my life!
Highly recommend the paid version of the App. It’s like $39.00 a year and well worth the investment if you like to not follow a standard calorie counting SAD.
I Started Piyo on Monday. Seems T25 was too much cardio for me. Funny – I have tried to do that program like 4 times now. Each time I make it 2 weeks and my body begins to protest. Seems I would take the hint that my body; with it’s conditions, does not like that much cardio. I think it kind of goes back to wanting to be “Normal”. And by “Normal” I mean someone without an autoimmune disease. I know everyone has their own “Normal” and this is my new “Normal” – I’m just still not thrilled with the limitations, But – I keep going 🙂
