There have been so many points in it that I have gone ah-ha! I am on a path and as much as we would like to think that success is a straight line – it’s not! It’s bent and curved and full of hills and valleys. The sooner we realize that the easier it is to enjoy the journey 🙂
It’s a pretty awesome journey and the people you meet along the way are going to help you – you have to be open to hearing what they bring to the conversations. Some things may cement your beliefs others are going to rattle them, but regardless they need to be heard.
I feel like this is it – my turning point LOL But I have had turning points before, and like I just said above the journey has many twists and turns 🙂 Maybe this is just one of the forks as opposed to a turn 😉
I have been doing T25 all week for my workout. Friday is Doubles day. I was not feeling my workout this morning, I was lost in my head and while I worked up a sweat – I didn’t feel it was my full potential. So lunch is going to be the second workout! In the past when I have done this program I did the second Friday workout on Saturday and just took Sunday off. But I feel better and I want to redeem myself to myself.
You have an amazing weekend! I have a family reunion to go to and the Hubby has the weekend off!!!! These are my best weekends of the summer, the ones that we are together 🙂
