Yesterday I spent my lunch hour booking all of our excursions 🙂
- May 7 – Surprise for John – Can’t tell ya yet.
- May 9 – A kayak/hiking tour on Kauai 🙂
- May 14 – Lu’au on Maui
- May 15 – 5-6 hour hike on Maui
- May 17 – Parasailing
- May 18 – Sunrise on Mt. Haleakalā
I went shopping with my sister last night and I found this cute CUTE dress! It was on the clearance rack so it was half off the price it was already marked down to…so I paid $14.98 with tax ????
I looked on their website but could not find it because it is being cleared out. BUT I found one similar to share a picture of, I am not sharing me in mine until I wear it out in Hawaii 🙂
So mine is this same material and color with the embellishments and fits very similar. Not quite as long and its a dress not a top and skirt. I need to find some shoes – something universal that I can wear again with another dress I bring. Maybe a nude color shoe…
I am day 4 into doing very well with my keto plan. I joined a new group and have watched a few video’s that REALLY gave me some light bulb moments. Let me share a few little nuggets. You are not overweight simply because you eat too much or sit around too much. It is not as simple as eat less move more. I have preached that for soooo long I almost feel like I need to apologize. You are overweight due to your hormones and not the ones that you can’t control 😉 Insulin. Insulin’s job is to store fat for later use. You eat things that spikes your insulin – it goes to work. So I will share the link to a great video and you can watch if you want. But ME and my very short 5ft frame have been limiting my calories for years and gaining and losing weight for years. As of today I can tell you I have been eating around 1800 calories a day and I am losing weight for the first time in a couple weeks 🙂 I think when I posted on Monday or Tuesday I told you I hate starving. I’m not! and that makes me happy ????
All the time in the past I would workout more and cut calories more and spiral out of control and then overeat – ???? then beat myself up and blah blah blah. Watch this guy!!! Learn how to stop beating yourself up.
