So many thoughts to share today
Feeling good. As you can see by the middle picture that has been my week of weight-loss. I know it is mostly bloat due to cutting starchy carbs. BUT I am going down eating 1500-1800 calories a day and not starving myself. My ratios are like 80% Fat, 11% Protein and 7% carbs. Carbs coming from avocado and nuts mostly.
I have been listening to the Dr’s YouTube channel that I shared yesterday. He shared the Carbs/Insulin 4 Dummies picture in one of his presentations and I loved it so I went and found it on line to share – sorry I can’t give credit to the author as I have no idea where it originated – but I do not claim credit for it. I just thought it was perfect.
We are 15 days out from our trip. I am right now at 128.8 if I keep losing .2 pounds a day I will be at 126 in 15 days. Not the 125 I wanted but close! I also have the potential to loss more or not lose that .2 a day so we shall see where I end up. Either way – I’m happy with where I am. my husband loves me and it really is about me and my goals. So I’ll be happy to spend 2 weeks alone with my guy on the shores of paradise barely dressed ????
